What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer a range of therapy services including massage therapy, athletic therapy, acupuncture, and stretch therapy. We provide in-home / mobile services for your convenience, bringing premier therapeutic services directly to you. In addition, we offer the same services in-clinic in downtown Toronto and Mississauga. How do I book an appointment with you?

What is your mobile / in-home service area?
Our service area encompasses Etobicoke, Toronto, Mississauga and some surrounding areas. To determine if your location is covered, or to request a quote or additional information, please contact us directly.

What are the rates for your services?
Please see our Pricing page for more information on pricing. Pricing can vary based on clinic location and/or mobile/in-home session location. All prices quoted are the same regardless of service being offered (e.g. massage, athletic therapy, acupuncture, stretch therapy are all billed at the same rate).

Do you accept insurance / offer direct billing?
Yes! We accept most major insurance providers and offer direct billing for your convenience. Please note, athletic therapy services cannot be submitted to insurance via direct billing, therefore, you will need to pay and claim through your insurance for reimbursement. If you have any questions about whether direct billing is available for your insurance provider, please contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of up to the entirety of the missed session's cost.

Do you offer services to sports teams, events, or corporations?
Yes! We are happy to provide outreaches and coverage for teams, sporting or corporate events, and workshops. Please contact us for a quote.
